“You’ll never see my face, but you’ll always see my heart in my art.”
At Cubs Canvas, protecting the privacy and innocence of every child is one of our most important principles.
We believe children should be free to explore creativity without their identity being shared or exposed online. For this reason, Cubs Canvas has a clear and firm policy: we do not display children’s faces on our social media platforms or website.
When creative moments are shared through Cubs Canvas, the focus will always remain on the artwork, the creative process, or the materials being used. In situations where children appear in photographs or videos, their faces will always be hidden, blurred, or obscured to protect their identity.
We understand that many parents choose to share moments of their children online, and we respect every family’s right to make those decisions for themselves. However, Cubs Canvas is committed to creating a space where children’s privacy is always protected.
In today’s digital world, even private accounts cannot fully control where images travel. Content can be shared, copied, or saved beyond our knowledge. Because of this reality, we believe it is important to take extra care when it comes to children’s identities online.
Our goal is simple: to celebrate creativity while safeguarding childhood.
This commitment is not just a phrase — it is a policy that guides everything we do at Cubs Canvas.
Every child deserves the right to a safe and private childhood.
Photography & Media
Cubs Canvas may occasionally take photographs during sessions to capture the creative atmosphere and the painting process.
Any images shared on the Cubs Canvas website or social media platforms will never clearly show a child’s face. Photographs will focus on elements such as:
- the artwork created
- hands painting
- painting materials or creative setups
- children from angles where faces are not visible
Our goal is to celebrate creativity while protecting every child’s privacy.
Parents and guardians will always have the option to decline photography for their child. If you prefer that your child is not included in any photographs, please let us know and this will be fully respected.
To protect the privacy of all families attending, we kindly ask that parents do not photograph or record other children during sessions without permission from their parent or guardian.
Protecting children’s identities and creating a respectful environment for all families is an important part of Cubs Canvas.
